Are laptops, desktops, and Chromebooks the only devices serviced during this engagement?
Tech Check includes questions answered, free productivity
software, free basic repair, and a free virus and performance
check. Laptops, desktops, and Chromebooks may also be available.
Are devices guaranteed or new?
All products are available while supplies last and are provided
as-is.

What free technical services are provided at this engagement?

How long is this engagement?
There is no charge for the first hour. If your organization would like additional time, the charge is $150 per hour for registered non-profit organizations and $250 for others.
What happens if a computer is still being serviced after the time expires?
At the end of our scheduled time onsite, we will stop accepting any new systems. Our team will stay until the active repairs are complete.
Is my organization liable for any accidental damage caused by your repairs?
No. In addition to being fully insured for the work we perform, no work will be started until the adult equipment owner signs a repair release.
Is the data on the repaired system safe?
We employ the latest industry data protection standards; however, data can be lost at any time, and we do not guarantee its integrity.
Is there an option for paid repair services?
Yes. If your device requires services not provided during this engagement, the owner will be given an option for paid repair by our partner organization, DataScrapers, LLC.
Is there any warranty on the work performed?
No. Absolutely no warranty will be provided for the work performed on owners' devices. After the work is done, the system will be fully rebooted and the owner will have a chance to confirm that everything is working properly.

Does the donated system need to be functional?
